<br />Change your cooking / eating behavior for healthier and happier results.  You&#8217;ll enjoy it and will stick with it, and you will save money.</p>
<p>Make your own broth based soups.  The broth is filling, healthy, and versatile.  Capitalize on it.  Make a large batch.  Freeze small portions of it for quick thawing and reheating.</p>
<p>Avoid cheeses, sugars, and stick with whole grain breads.</p>
<p>Grazing is best.  That means eat smaller meals throughout the day.  About every 2 hours, eat something to keep the calories burning.</p>
<p>Brisk walking (tread mill will do) for at least 45 minutes, 3 times a week will work wonders burning fat.</p>
<p>Crunches.  Do them correctly, and your abs will tighten up, and you&#8217;ll notice it.  Lie on your back, feet propped up, hands either behind your neck or criss crossed against your chest.  Lift your shoulders only only enough to give that crunch to your abs while keeping your back on the floor.</p>

WALK. Walking burns calories, at a steady fat burning rate. Skip driving whenever possible  walk to the store, take the stairs, go for a walk on the beach. An hour long walk a day can help you drop weight fast  without stressing your joints.</p>

YOGA. Yoga is the best exercise to connect your mind and your body  Being disconnected to your body and its needs is one of the main reasons we gain weight. To really lose weight (and keep it off), you have to find the source of your struggle. Yoga can help you quiet your mind and feel good (without food). Not to mention, yoga can torch about 300 calories per hour.</p>

SKIP THE LAST 5 BITES. Taste your food. Enjoy it. Have dessert  but share it with a friend! Skipping the last 5 bites of your usual meals can add up to almost 500 calories less a day  thats a loss of 1 pound a week lost even if you do nothing else.</p>

<br />You want to lose WEIGHT? OMG i would kill to weigh what you do! Im 14 5&#39;3 and 139&#8230; Yeah.. losing weight isn&#39;t easy.. but its so EASY to put it on!<br />
I&#39;ve been trying to eat better no junk after 7pm.. Also i started Running/jogging and bike riding..<br />
so hope this helps&#8230;..</p>

I am planning on running up to 3 miles/day and eat healthy lots of fruits and veggies and protein. ANything else? What kind of weights should I be lifting? I usually do bicep curls 3 sets of 12 and triceps.<br />
<br />No such thing as easy and fast weight loss. Do what your doing now and make sure you aren&#8217;t starving yourself.</p>
