Quick and easy weight loss?
I just want to lose weight so that my jeans fit better… they are especially tight around the back of the thighs in the jeans. I am planning on running up to 3 miles/day and eat healthy lots of fruits and veggies and protein. ANything else? What kind of weights should I be lifting? I usually do bicep curls 3 sets of 12 and triceps.
No such thing as easy and fast weight loss. Do what your doing now and make sure you aren’t starving yourself.
