Rather than concentrate on a specific plan to lose 15 pounds, what about setting a smaller, more quickly reached goal. Say what do I need to do to lose 5 pounds in the next two weeks? Or what do I need to change to loose 1 inch off my waist? I think it maybe easier to set thses targets,try to achieve them and then set new targets. The joy of reaching a goal will stimulate to do even better during your next goal setting period.</description>

		<description>i think youve heard this before, but im 13 and weigh more. and i dont look it. so i know the weird thing of hearing a number of pounds and how it looks on different people. but seriously, i dont think you sound it AT ALL. i play ddr too and i think its a good alternative to modern excecize but only if you do the &#039;workout mode&#039; it seems really hard at first but it gets easier. i know alotta people who have lost weigth with ddr. and keep walking! thats really good! also do crunches! they help so much. and yoga is really good!! it sounds all hippy-ish but its not. you can google yoga poses and youll find alot. yoga can be done anywhere i usually do it in my room and its fine. it doesnt feel like a workout at all, but it strengthens your muscles ALOT. and can speed up motabolism. hope this helps!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;yogo poses-http://yoga.about.com/od/yogaposes/An_Index_of_Yoga_Poses.htm</description>

		<description>I would say that for your age and height you are at a good weight.  Do you want to lose weight or just in certain problem areas?  If you want to lose weight in certain areas (butt, stomache, etc) the best thing is a neoprene belt.  They are also called Solar Suits.  You can find them at Amazon.com and there is a link below.  There&#039;s a lot of different kinds but basically you wear it under your workout clothes and increases the amount you sweat in those specific areas.  There are ones for the waist, your waist and butt, and also ones just for your arms or thighs.  They work really well, but keep yourself hydrated.
If you are looking to just lose weight in general then its all about diet and exercise.  I know you said you walk but get to the gym. Cardio is very good for you all around and helps you lose weight.  Run on the treadmill, or try the eliptical.  I&#039;ve tried Hydroxycut and it didn&#039;t really do much for me.  Plus at 17, you are still growing and it is recommended not to take things like that. 
Foodwise....  Buy you&#039;re own foods if they don&#039;t buy healthy foods.  You can eat what you want, but in moderation.  Go on the next grocery trip and pick out some healthy snacks like carrots and yogurt.  Make your own lunch and eat lots of fruits and veggies.  No fast food either, they are very high in fat.  Okay, hope this helps somewhat.  Go on yahoo if anything and look up some healthy food alternatives.  I&#039;ve traded in my chips and dip for baby carrots and just a little bit of ranch.  Small things add up.  Just make sure you don&#039;t go on one of those crazy diets like &quot;no-carb&quot; since they are very hard to stick to and once you screw up, the weight just comes right back.  Slow and steady weight loss is best. &lt;3  Good luck!

ps- Just saw what you added on at the end and wanted to let you know that in that case, that belt I was talking about would work WONDERS for you!  I went from a 7 to a 4.
