What is the easiest weight loss program to use for the loss of 15 lbs.?

After an illness I gained weight around the middle and here and there. I am active and need an easy program.

Change your cooking / eating behavior for healthier and happier results. You’ll enjoy it and will stick with it, and you will save money.

Make your own broth based soups. The broth is filling, healthy, and versatile. Capitalize on it. Make a large batch. Freeze small portions of it for quick thawing and reheating.

Avoid cheeses, sugars, and stick with whole grain breads.

Grazing is best. That means eat smaller meals throughout the day. About every 2 hours, eat something to keep the calories burning.

Brisk walking (tread mill will do) for at least 45 minutes, 3 times a week will work wonders burning fat.

Crunches. Do them correctly, and your abs will tighten up, and you’ll notice it. Lie on your back, feet propped up, hands either behind your neck or criss crossed against your chest. Lift your shoulders only only enough to give that crunch to your abs while keeping your back on the floor.

i get seventeen and in every issue (you get them once a month) they have a little thing that you can tear out. it helps you pick healthier foods, it has about 6-8 different exercises you can do at home. it's helped me a lot because none of the exercises take very long, and they helped me get toned! Is there an easy alternative to teen weight loss?

I'm 17 years old, I weigh about 117 lbs and I'm about 5'2" ft. I really want to lose weight and its really hard for me to, I don't know why, is there any easy alternative to losing weight? And I also want to try this diet pill called Hydroxycut, does it work? I don't get out much but I do walk around this park by our house atleast 3 times a day and I play this game called DDR, is that good enough for weight loss? Please give me tips and btw, my parents buy really unhealthy food so I think I have to just starve myself a little because they won't change their lifestyles cuz they're lazy asses. Thanks.

You want to lose WEIGHT? OMG i would kill to weigh what you do! Im 14 5'3 and 139… Yeah.. losing weight isn't easy.. but its so EASY to put it on!
I've been trying to eat better no junk after 7pm.. Also i started Running/jogging and bike riding..

Quick and easy weight loss?

I just want to lose weight so that my jeans fit better… they are especially tight around the back of the thighs in the jeans. I am planning on running up to 3 miles/day and eat healthy lots of fruits and veggies and protein. ANything else? What kind of weights should I be lifting? I usually do bicep curls 3 sets of 12 and triceps.

No such thing as easy and fast weight loss. Do what your doing now and make sure you aren’t starving yourself.
